Senior Expert Providersteuerung & Governance – Brokerage / Custody (m/f/d)

You control our brokerage and custody providers comprehensively and across the market, not only for smooth processes, but also for a transparent SLA/KPI governance. To do this, you have the MiFID-II-Best-Execution-Governance for orderflows safely in your hands and monitor with a solid execution framework, a clear execution policy and a well-thought-out monitoring approach that everything is running in its tracks. You are also responsible for the end-to-end governance of our Custody Services and control topics such as storage, segregation, regulations, corporate actions and cash and securities flows. Regulatory and contractual requirements transform you into understandable governance structures, and in the same train in the Target Operating Model for clear responsibilities, effective controls and reporting measures. In regular perfomance reviews, you keep an eye on the execution quality, routing logic, settlement and post-trade performance, as well as service topics and follow-up actions together with stakeholders and providers. With meaningful analyses, you can look deeper into volume, asset classes and service performance and take concrete steps to increase efficiency and benchmarking. Also, contracting and outsourcing governance guides you confidently and ensures that everything works smoothly from onboarding to contract changes and renewals to Exit Readiness. Not at the last, you are responsible for third-party risks and control overight in our provider relationships, identify risks and control gaps and initiate the appropriate mitigation measures.

Found experience in the brokerage, custody, securities services or post-trade environment as well as comprehensive understanding of their end-to-end processes Trusts with MiFID-II-Best-Execution-Oversight and regulatory control frameworks as well as all aspects of robust execution governance Know-how in performance management and translation of service data, custody volumes and asset class insights into measures, impulses and pricing opportunities Practice in vendor and provider management for brokerage and custody services paired with skills in managing contracting, service scope, governance design etc. Expertise along the entire outsourcing and third-party disk cycle (due diligence, monitoring, audit and access rights, Exit Readiness) Excellent documentation capabilities for governance, evidence packs, process documents and management reports with high standards of quality, regulatory expectation and audit Readiness Excellent stakeholder management skills also in complex, cross-border topics as well as in the coordination and professional guidance of change actions Very good analysis and communication skills, especially in international cooperation up to senior management level Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions Very good German and English in word and writing
