For the Vitos Youth Assistance in the Idstein region, we are looking for a team management (m/w/d) in full time, part-time employment in the area of children and young people with cognitive impairments for the Loni-Franz-Haus 2 group at the next possible time.

You accompany children and adolescents with cognitive impairments and, in part, care needs in their education and development, encourage them and promote the special in each individual. As an experienced and targeted personality, you guide and motivate the employees of your team. In addition, you will ensure content and organizational processes in the group. You have flexible hours of service in the evenings and weekends. Night services are taken over by night guards.

You have a completed training as an educator, healer teacher or studies of social work (or comparable) with deeper professional experience, ideally management experience. You have knowledge of legal and technical principles. You work with colleagues in the team, know the principles and instruments of good management and apply them safely. You reflect on yourself and are interested in developing yourself professionally and personally. You are owned by a passenger car license and know the common PC applications.

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you pay between €4.389 and €5.774 including SuE allowance, housing allowance and team leader allowance (based on TVöD-B pay group S9, full-time, part-time). In addition, there is an annual special payment of 90% of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme. With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant. We work intensively and offer further and further training opportunities, supervision, coaching and expert advice. You can use offers of occupational health promotion. Bike leasing is possible.
