Together with the training management, you will accompany the selection and recruitment of trainees, dual students and AIS students. You support the support of trainees and dual students from recruitment to exit. You contribute to the planning and implementation of training marketing measures such as trade fairs and event visits and to the further development of training concepts. You are contact persons for our trainees and students. To complete the training process, you take on organisational activities. You support in operational teaching and exam preparation. You are also responsible for the support of pupils and FOS practitioners as well as for the support and support of the legal representatives. Support for the implementation of the internal training plan including the coordination with the departments is also one of your tasks. In addition, the support of cross-education projects is one of your interesting activities.

You have a training as a merchant/wife for insurance and finance or a study as an insurance specialist. In addition, you can present the AdA appearance (training of trainers). You have experience in dealing with special funding or support needs. You possess routine in creating and controlling deployment and training plans. You provide knowledge of the law on the protection of working youth (Jugendarbeitsschutzgesetz - JArbSchG).
