As a growing company, we rely on quality, team spirit and further development. We are looking for you as a dedicated seller (m/w/d) with a focus on active sales.

You actively participate in the day-to-day business and at the same time bring your passion for direct customer contact. You love to present products responsively, advise customers and make additional sales. Take care of a sales-promoting product presentation and have a good sense of customer needs. You are flexible in use and not only supports your own team, but also colleagues in other branches. In doing so, you give tips and help them to be safer in active sales and to develop further.

Your job in sales everyday

• You are flexible in various branches
• You warmly welcome our guests and advise them on our products
• You sell our breads, rolls, cakes and snacks with pleasure
• You prepare coffee specialities and small snacks freshly
• You have an eye on order and cleanliness in the sales room to make our guests feel comfortable with us at any time
• You bring your own ideas and actively shape our branches and processes and products

Focus on active sales

• You're going to be active on customers: inside and know their needs
• You specifically recommend products for additional sales (e.g. coffee for breakfast)
• You present our goods and the treses responsive and sales-promoting
• You support colleagues in becoming safer in active sales – also in other branches
• You develop ideas to further improve sales, product presentation and customer experience

• Driving licence (class B)
