Assistant - Focus on Politics

The most important task of the Politics and Dialogue staff is to represent the interests of statutory accident insurance against government and parliament, as well as other policy-makers in close cooperation with the main management. The basis for this is the trusted cooperation with the various contact persons of accident insurance and a good sense of what arguments are for policy. As part of the assistance, you are responsible for the following tasks: Processing of correspondence and initial examination and distribution of the inbox Organisation and coordination of appointments including preparation and follow-up Creation and preparation of documents, presentations and overviews Management work for the staff office including accounting, personnel management and service travel management by SAP Representation tasks in the Main Management Secretariat In addition, there is support for political work: Continuous monitoring of the political agenda in the Bundestag and the Federal Council as well as the preparation of structured reports Organisational support in relation to political contact management (including regular revision of distributors at national and national level) Analysis and evaluation of incoming newsletters and political press and media reports Participation in the organisation of political events Implementation of content research and preparation of topic-specific elaborations

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) experience in office management and information research and evaluation Safe handling and experience in working with MS 365, in particular office applications as well as teams and sharepoint Interest in political topics and social developments Communication strength, flexibility, service orientation and fun working in the team Good German language skills (at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
