For our clients, an internationally successful industrial company in the field of innovative composite and fiber composite technologies, we are looking for a dedicated engineer Messtechnik & ZfP (m/w/d).

In this challenging position, you take responsibility for the development, development and application of modern measuring and testing methods in the composite environment. Together with development, design and production, ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained and continuously developed throughout the entire product development process. Development, selection and continuous development of modern measuring and testing methods for composite and rotor blade structures Planning, implementation and evaluation of complex measurements to ensure defined quality requirements Specification, selection and commissioning of test equipment, sensor technology and measurement equipment Analysis of technical deviations and development and implementation of appropriate correction and improvement measures Creation and optimization of test concepts, test plans, work instructions and quality standards Close cooperation with design, development and production in tolerance analyses, causes analyses, initial sampling and quality-relevant issues

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, materials science, lightweight construction or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the measurement and testing technology of composites and Fiber composite components Knowledge of non-destructive testing (ZfP/NDT), in particular in the field of ultrasound testing Experience in the development, validation and continuous optimization of test methods and in the production of technical test and quality documentation Very good knowledge of German and English
