Your tasks

• Become a Digital Hero: Support our Keyusers on all questions about onboarding, electronic personal records and witness generator
• Test, analyse and optimate: You carry out tests in our personnel systems to ensure their functionality and identify potential for improvement
• Resolve tricky cases: Edit inquiries and fault messages from our colleagues and ensure smooth processes
• Communication is your thing: you communicate with different interfaces and customers to process their concerns
• Become a HR expert: Know the core processes of HR Services and the use of our IT systems
• Design with: Support us in the design of internal knowledge pages in the Intranet or in presentations and let your creativity run freely

Your profile

• You study economics, economics, computer science or a comparable degree programme
• You have a strong interest in HR processes and IT systems
• You are strong in communication and have good knowledge of German and English
• You are reliable, learnable and like to work in the team
• You bring a high level of initiative and creativity
