Construction manager for shell construction / turnkey construction (m/f/d)

As a construction manager (w/m/d), you will implement our construction projects together with an experienced construction site team consisting of at least one polisher and a superstructure manager. You are responsible for the independent management of the construction projects assigned to you and the management of the construction site team You are responsible for the independent control of works contracts in compliance with technical, commercial, legal and terminological requirements and framework conditions You are responsible for the planning and control of a demand-oriented and efficient use of personnel and materials in compliance with the relevant regulations You maintain the qualitative and terminological frameworks As part of your activity, you take over the assignment, monitoring and assessment of our after-contractors and suppliers You achieve the calculated construction site result and you create the yield potential, especially as part of the follow-up management Monitoring occupational safety and environmental legislation will complete your task

You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering (w/m/d) or Architect (w/m/d) or Technicians (w/m/d) with comparable knowledge You have practical experience as a building manager (w/m/d), ideally you have experience in high and industrial construction You have relevant knowledge of VOB and occupational safety and environmental legislation You have user knowledge in a construction-specific computer application, ideally iTWO You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working Analytical thinking, high commitment and entrepreneurial thinking and acting round off your profile You are happy to build and work in the team
