You take over the technical, organizational and personnel management of the K94 station You actively shape modern, patient and family-oriented care You plan personnel deployment and develop workflows in a structured manner You support and accompany employees in their professional and personal development You continuously secure and develop our quality standards You work confidently and interdisciplinaryly with all professional groups You bring your ideas into change and development processes

Completed training as a health and child caregiver:in, nursing or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in pediatrics leadership experience and joy in taking responsibility Ideally, a completed or started line qualification or the willingness to complete it Communication strength, empathy and an esteeming leadership style Organisational skills, decision-making and structured work Equal opportunities We stand for equal opportunities.
