Dual study programme in Business Administration - Trade | Start August 2026

The dual study is divided into theoretical and practical phases: You spend about 3 months at the DHBW in Mannheim and about 3 months with us in Haan. In total, the dual study takes 3 years. During your practice phases, the following tasks await you: Your focus will be on strategic purchasing. You will get comprehensive insights into strategic procurement processes and participate in all activities related to supplier management, in particular in the selection and evaluation of suppliers, as well as in price negotiations and annual discussions. You will also get to know other areas: Product Management: Support in the care and development of the product portfolio as well as cooperation in market and competition analyses Sales: cooperation in the sales day, e.g. for offer preparation, customer analysis and support of existing customers Logistics: Support in the planning and control of goods flows and insights into logistics processes along the supply chain You will learn this at the DHBW in Mannheim: Operating principles such as BWL, accounting, law, VWL and quantitative methods Trade-specific knowledge in areas such as trade management, supply chain management and marketing Practical applications through projects, case studies and plan games as well as insights into digitalization and sustainability in trade

You have (special) abitur with very good performance You are interested in economic relationships and commercial processes Communication strength, contact joy and team skills You ideally have good English skills You are reliable, motivated and work structured
