In the position as a senior security engineer, you analyze vulnerabilities, coordinate security incidents and implement measures that sustainably protect our IT systems. You work closely with departments, Information Security Officers (ISB) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) and accompany projects from idea to implementation.

You implement security measures independently and continuously develop them You monitor the security situation, run security monitoring, run vulnerability management and take appropriate measures. You support the ISB in risk analysis, audits and further development of information security management systems (ISMS). You work closely with the IAM manager and engage in role and authorization concepts, recertifications and IAM workflows. You support software development and infrastructure projects from the security perspective (including Secure Development Lifecycle, Architecture Review and Threat Analysis) You coordinate security incidents, analyze causes and implement improvements. You're prudent documentation and concepts and are the interface between security, development and operation.

You have a degree or training in the IT/Cybersecurity field or comparable to several years of professional experience You bring well-founded experience in operational IT security, ideally in regulated or safety-critical environments. You know relevant standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, BSI basic protection) very well and can implement them in practice You have deep know-how in IAM and brings experience in managing and coordinating security projects You have knowledge of modern software development and operating models (DevOps, CI/CD) You think analytically and structured, take responsibility and have a strong sense of security. You convince by sovereign appearance and strong communication skills You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
