Your tasks:

• Compilation of contract documents, certificates of employment and documents
• Personal administration and data management in the Rexx HR system
• Preparing payment
• Participation in HR onboarding new employees
• Maintenance of the time recording master data
• Contact for internal interfaces
• Cooperation with service providers (bAV, service vehicles)

Your profile:

• completed commercial training, ideally with Training in personnel or comparable
• Multiannual professional experience in personnel management and in Working law of advantage
• Secure handling of MS Office applications
• Impressed analytical thinking, communication strength and Organizational institution
• Ability to structured, independent and team-oriented work
• Good English skills desirable
