You take over the technical and strategic management of the HSE area with a focus on energy management and decarbonization for the metal subgroup. You are responsible for the further development and optimisation of HSE processes and integrated management systems and are actively driving sustainable concepts for decarbonization and energy efficiency. You manage the Group-wide Energy Consulting from the Metal subgroup and are responsible for the comprehensive follow-up report. You provide advice and support to the management as well as management in all relevant HSE, energy and sustainability issues in order to create a sustainable business culture. You coordinate cooperation with authorities, external partners and foreign companies, and accompany energy-relevant topics as well as contracts in the purchase of energy.

You have a successfully completed study in the field of sustainability management, environmental sciences, renewable energies, physics or comparable quality. You bring several years of professional and management experience in the field of HSE, with a focus on energy management, sustainability and decarbonisation, ideally in an industrial environment in the metal industry, and have already carried operational responsibility. You have well-founded knowledge of energy and environmental management as well as in relevant legislative and normative research; a breakdown as an energy consultant (industry) according to BAFA criteria is of advantage. You are characterised by consumer thinking and responsibility in the field of energy consulting, as well as a structured, self-employed and solution-oriented way of working. Communication strength, moderation and coaching skills as well as a safe occurrence and throughput capacity complete your profile.
