Your duties

• Coordinating interfaces to customers and suppliers
• Creation of a practicable daily planning / shift planning for the corresponding area
• Ensure compliance with schedule
• Development of short- and medium-term proposals to improve quality, cost and delivery
• Development, monitoring and maintenance of suitable key performance indicators (KPIs)

Your profile

• Technical training with further qualification as master or technician in the field of precision engineering or electrical engineering or comparable qualification with experience in the field of mechanics or electronics
• experience in building and connecting technology as well as testing complex devices/systems, preferably in space travel
• experience in the economic use of production facilities and knowledge in the field of assembly production and testing
• Team player with independent working style, high service orientation, problem-solving competence and the ability to motivate employees
• Competence in the professional management of employees
• Quality management knowledge
• readiness for shiftwork
• Safe handling of the SAP system and MS Office applications of advantage
• Technical English of advantage, very good German knowledge
