For the strategic management and further development of the Organisation, Processes and IT department, we are looking for an experienced, sovereign leader who combines sound expertise from market succession, staff areas, organizational development, third party management and IT control.

The focus of your activity is the consultation and further development of the Rheinische Sparkassen as well as the supra-regional design of central concepts for the Sparkassen financial group.

The function offers the possibility to take over the prevention representation of the association management in the future. Your duties Strategic advice from the specialist departments and departments of the Rheinische Sparkassen on organization, processes and IT. As a connecting entity between the specialist page and IT you create a common understanding across divisions. Interregional design and active cooperation in strategic projects – including model organisations, process standardisation and their rollout in the Rhineland. Your profile Academic qualification: completed university studies (e.g. business informatics, BWL) or a qualified business economist (teach institution) or a comparable qualification. Multiannual leadership experience in cross-functional areas such as operation, IT and processes; ideally with responsibility in market succession, organization or revision. Modern leadership style: you are inspired by clear objectives, constructive feedback and targeted promotion. You live a solution-oriented, value-estimating culture. IT and project competence: sound IT confession, experience in project management and process optimization. Strategic thinking, strong service and customer understanding as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. Sparkassenexpertise: extensive experience in and with savings banks is expressly desired. High readiness for travel and the ability to act as a sovereign respondent for riots and field lines.
