The task is essentially in the disciplinary leadership of a multifunctional team using conventional working methods such as lean management and the construction and further development of corresponding infrastructure. Construction and design of an interdisciplinary responsibility area including a team in the repair department. Increasing and expanding a participative, value-adding and consistent leadership and work environment. Ensure occupational safety and documentation in the area of responsibility including the creation of risk assessments and operating instructions. Ensuring high time loyalty, by implementing the agreed appointments in the area of responsibility, among other things, through the safe use of IT tools, planning instruments and leadership methods. Ensuring the predetermined and required product quality, among others, by creating FMEA, FA and installing a suitable continuous improvement process. Ensuring compliance with manufacturing and overhead cost budgets, including using targeted LEAN principles. Compliance, optimization and cooperation in defining and defining work processes in the area of responsibility and with interface partners e.g. from the AV, ENG, QS project.

This position requires a completed technical training with a successfully completed training as an industrial master (d/m/w) or technician (d/m/w). Multiannual professional experience as part of repair work and leadership experience is already available. Funded electrical, pipe construction and/or machine engineering processing knowledge within the pre- and final equipment of modern submarines are extremely desirable. Knowledge and experience in the field of building regulations to be observed for boat equipment are very desirable or the willingness to learn them as quickly as possible. English knowledge of secure communication e.g. with customers and UANs are desirable. IT knowledge in the safe operation of the ERP and MES infrastructure to achieve or achieve goals the willingness to obtain them.
