Own-sponsored cooperation in overarching projects with the aim of developing and modernizing securities applications on the mainframe, such as order management, settlement, depot management Establishment and maintenance of trusted relationships with disciplines as well as structured inclusion of needs, problems, opportunities and limitations in the securities field with the claim to be recognised as a reliable respondent, competent advice and constructive challenger translation of technical requirements in IT-close, developable artifacts (e.g. target images, technical concepts, features, user stories) as well as deriving design specifications for software development, e.g. interface design, processing chains, fault case handling IT-side prioritization and control of requirements with internal and external teams, including technical evaluation, analysis of system and process dependencies, coordination of effort estimates and risk assessment of changes in close coordination with the professional product owners Provision and coordination of technical-logical data models and data flows in the securities field as well as the use of repository and analysis tools in the mainframe environment (e.g. XINFO) for impact analysis, quality assurance and documentation Close cooperation with development teams, product owners, IT architecture, project management across the entire delivery cycle as well as active networking with interface units and external partners Active design of the work environment with a focus on high degree of automation, stable and market-oriented operating and service quality as well as cost-effective resource use Special savings ring, knowledge transfer and support for less experienced colleagues in the field of securities business

Complete studies in the STEM field in business administration or a comparable qualification with corresponding practical relevance Multiannual, ideally at least five years of experience as Business Analyst, Business Consultant, IT/Fach Architect, Application Manager (m/w/d) or in a comparable role in the capital market environment associated with interest in technical and processual issues in the securities service Designed organizational and analytical skills combined with independent, proactive working methods and the ability to translate technical requirements into consistent solution and data models and to question prioritization decisions professionally and technically critically Joy of complex interface and data landscapes, ability to structure and derive design specifications as well as good or expandable knowledge in the HOST/Mainframe environment, e.g. COBOL, DB2 or JCL process control, and openness for Java on z/OS Experience with securities or capital market processes and strategic views on regulatory, technological and operational developments in the securities field Addresse-oriented communication strength, curiosity on different perspectives, ability to build sustainable stakeholder relationships and joy of cooperation in in interdisciplinary teams Motivation for the continuous development of knowledge, e.g. on generic AI, new technologies and banking topics, as well as active willingness to share knowledge flowing German knowledge, at least C1, and good English knowledge, at least B2, in word and writing
