Here we are currently dealing with the topics of OZG implementation for the digitization of administrative services, register modernization, low-code solutions and AI in public administration.

Guide sophisticated digitalization, infrastructure and organizational projects at the interface between specialist, organization and IT from initialization to completion incl. Acceptance and documentation Develop strategic target images and IT architectures together with public authorities and IT service providers and implement them in resilient implementation plans (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate, arc42) incl. IT governance and IT service management Modernize IT infrastructures and cloud architectures (e.g. Azure, AWS, Government Cloud) and advise on cybersecurity requirements according to BSI basic protection, IT security law and GDPR Design and conduct structured risk and change management, establish status reports, decision templates and evaluation matrices for control bodies and program lines raise and prioritize requirements in interviews and workshops and translate them into implementable concepts and recommendations Presents complex issues as well as results at the level of authorities and management, as well as the further development of our consulting portfolio and the acquisition of new projects with

You have a successfully completed master's degree in a preferably technically oriented degree course (e.g. business informatics, computer science, administrative informatics, BWL with IT reference) You bring at least 7 years of experience in IT project management, PMO or consulting in the public sector You master common PM methods (e.g. PRINCE2, GPM/IPMA, Scrum/Kanban) and have practice in risk, reporting and budget controlling You have knowledge in at least one of the following areas: IT architecture (TOGAF, ArchiMate), cloud services, network infrastructure, cybersecurity (BSI basic protection) or ITSM tools You can demonstrate experience in E-Government programs and standards (e.g. FIM, EfA, OZG) as well as procurement procedures (EVB-IT, VOL/A, UVgO) You have practical experience with AI tools and can derive concrete AI application scenarios from technical requirements, evaluate them in a structured manner and reflect aspects of responsible use from the outset Flowing German and good English skills and readiness to travel complete your profile
