Tech Lead Agentic Engineering (m/f/d)

This will be your tasks: You work on business-critical software applications in an agile team with CI colleagues from the customer at all stages of the software lifecycle You develop secure Agentic Engineering workflows and implement them in new and existing projects You coach your colleagues in Spec-Driven Development and Agentic Coding to successfully establish new working methods and develop their performance You actively introduce proposals to improve quality and performance and advise our customers together with your team in choosing technologies and methods You represent us in the consulting and implementation projects of our customers and recognize potentials for new projects and further cooperation

We look forward to this: Long-standing practical experience in software development with Java and Containerization as well as in at least one cloud environment, such as AWS, Azure, GCP or STACKIT You use AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Kiro, Cursor, etc. specifically in software development You are familiar with the principles of Harness Engineering and can establish them in safe, high-quality and (token-)efficient processes in our projects You can evaluate the output of AI agents and optimize their operation in iterative processes These topics are not strange to you: TDD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, CleanCode, Code Reviews, Pair Programming, Agile Principles and Methods You understand how teams successfully establish new methods and brings experience in coaching your colleagues with Flowing German knowledge (≥ C1) for our customer situations and English that take place in German is at least not Spanish; spoken and written A plus, but no need: You master TypeScript and/or Kotlin
