Your tasks: • Creation of necessary export documentation • Checking customer bills and solving special situations in close cooperation with all stakeholders • Issue of shipping documents • Monitoring of container stock • Review of returns • Organisation of transport services, including negotiations • Implementation of consignment registration and customs processing via the BEX system • Assignment and collection of purchases in the freight sector • Regular communication with sales before and after shipment

Your qualifications: • Successful completion of a commercial training or equivalent qualification • Solid English skills • Advanced skills in the application of MS Office, especially Excel • You have an affinity for administrative tasks and are known for your structured, organized and reliable functioning • Practical experience in wholesale and foreign trade, logistics and export
