Your tasks

The ''Business Unit MAN Engines'' is responsible for the worldwide distribution of engines, batteries and components for on-road, off-road, power and marine applications. In the ''Strategy & Product' area, we are looking for you as active support! Your tasks are broad and include:

Working with the strategic planning of the MAN Engines Business Unit

Development and implementation of the sustainability strategy for the Business Unit according to the standards of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol

Analysis of competitive products, compilation of benchmark documents and portfolio overviews

Support in product planning: Economic and technical evaluation of product ideas for MAN engines used in marine, railway, industrial, agricultural and electricity production applications

Variant Management Support

Creation and plausibility of decision templates for product decision bodies

Support of project managers and cooperation in the project management office (including preparation of decision documents)

Process Manager support in the analysis, optimization and implementation of internal and cross-departmental business/work and IT processes

Your qualifications

Immatricated full-time bachelor or master student in the technical or economic field, e.g. mechanical engineering, computer science, business administration (please attach registration certificate)

Ideally first practical experience through internships or student work activities

Ability to analyze data and solve problems

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office programs

High customer and service orientation as well as team skills

Self-responsibility and proactive operation

Organisational skill and loadability
