Your vocational training is especially important for Techem! And we have a network of over 100 instructors who support us.

In your training at Techem, you will learn about office management in an innovative, digital environment. You support us with a variety of organizational processes, process customer requests, plan events together with us or take care of orders and travel bookings – we will be happy to give you further impressions in the interview. Our diverse digital tools as well as your experienced colleagues from the specialist departments support you – so that you can get ready for your training. In our azuubic projects, you can take ownership. Together with the other trainees, you are responsible for the development, organisation and implementation of various projects and can thus provide real added value for the company.

Oh and by the way: Where do we actually work? Once in the office, sometimes at home, sometimes hybrid – it will be flexible for you in any case.

You bring your own initiative and motivation to develop and learn. You have fun planning and are an organizational talent – whether alone or in the team. You shine with your good communication skills – both in writing and oral. You feel comfortable in the digital world and want to drive digitalization forward at Techem and surprise us with your ideas. For us, personality counts more than the school degree – we are still happy if you bring a middle degree or higher level!

During your training, you will be supervised by your (special) instructors and regularly participate in training modules that give you the right tool. For your training profession, you will learn all relevant departments at Techem and have the opportunity to actively shape your training plan. In addition to a fair training allowance and a training bonus, Techem receives a fare grant for public transport, asset-effective services, employee discounts, bike leasing and much more.
