Responsibility and control of digitalization projects in the BGHW, from idea to implementation Actively advance digitalization and boost new solutions Active design of the BGHW's digitalization strategy, by identifying areas of action, concreteizing targets and deriving measures Testing requirements regarding the digitalization strategy, the technical framework conditions and compliance and coordination with the stakeholders involved (m/w/d) inside and outside the BGHW Active cooperation with other institutions and service providers, as well as the advice of employees on digitization in difficult technical issues Review and documentation of the success of digitalization measures and, if necessary, Introduction of optimizations

Completed university degree (Bachelor) with IT reference or comparable training Funded and practice-proven IT and AI expertise as well as safe handling of digital tools and collaborative work platforms Curious to digital developments, joy to try new and sensitize for compliance issues Solution-oriented, pragmatic and independent and structured operation Knowledge of project management and coordination Joy of teamwork and strong communication skills High level of readiness, durability and a high level of readiness Oral and written communication in German (Level C1) Standing for occasional - also multi-day - business trips
