Architect or engineer for public building law in state construction (m/f/d)

You are responsible for compliance with the building regulations and construction planning law and perform the following tasks for us as a construction service of the country in accordance with § 77 LBO: Advising colleagues involved in planning and construction on building regulations and building planning matters Takeover of the construction law examination for the implementation of approval procedures (§ 77 LBO SH), examination of requests for derogations and overriding coordination of approval procedures in civil law Assessment of construction sites and existing buildings with all construction participants Decrease of construction services in terms of construction law Write comments on building regulations and building planning law issues and support in the planning of measures Implementation of fire prevention schemes Voting on preventive fire protection with external engineering offices, firefighters and beneficiaries of the national authorities Creation of fire protection concepts Construction monitoring and certification and testing of fire safety certificates

Graduate degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, Engineer (m/w/d) for fire protection or a comparable degree in construction You may have the qualification as a specialist planner (m/w/d) or expert (m/w/d) for preventive fire protection or fire protection engineering construction and object monitoring or You are interested and have the requirement to obtain the qualification during your activity with us You are interested in questions of energy-efficient building and climate protection You already bring together first professional experience to meet the diverse technical challenges In your communication you are clear, precise and understandable in word and writing in German You have the pleasure of building law issues and have a good and secure verdictability When applying the building regulations, you will be pleased to make a decision You support the value-adding handling in the team You have a class B driving licence to travel within Schleswig-Holstein
