Discipline and professional leadership of a team of currently six employees Total accountability including annual accounts Operational cooperation in day-to-day business and strategic development of the area Active control of digitalization and process projects, in particular in the ERP environment Sparring partner of the Executive Board in economic and strategic issues Contact person for auditors, tax advisors and internal departments Participation in budget planning, liquidity management and economic development

Complete study of the business economy or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in accounting with secure final competence First leadership experience or strong potential and motivation to assume leadership responsibility Interest in regulatory issues and the further development of structures and processes Experience with ERP systems and affinity on digital topics Embossed communication strength and safe occurrence Structured, solution-oriented and responsible operation High self-initiative and willingness to develop professionally and personally
