Ideally, you already have the training exam (IHK) You have experience in recruiting and accompanying trainees. They feel confident in the leadership of young talents. They have conceptual skills as well as implementation strength and have already been able to use them extensively. They want to work with young people in a targeted way and help them develop their potential. Your high willingness to use is a responsible and solution-oriented way of working. They are well structured and organized. They have good IT skills and are self-confident in dealing with media such as LinkedIn. A high level of social and communication skills, especially in the team, is yours. You are self-reflected and interested in continuous further development of your HR-specific expertise. They work together trustingly and valuefully with all areas of our house and are open to further developments.
