In your new job you take over the manual sorting of old textiles and shoes and ensure a smooth running in our sorting process. You ensure a quality-oriented sorting of the input goods according to our operating requirements, reliably sort out foreign and interfering substances and react flexibly and solution-oriented in case of malfunctions in the production process. In addition to presorting, the subsequent fine sorting of the textiles by material type and intended use is also part of your responsibility. In addition, divide the textiles into different quality levels and separate them professionally for reuse, resale or recycling. For all activities, keep an overview at any time and ensure a safe and proper working environment through the regular cleaning and care of your work area.

No completed vocational training or relevant professional experience is required. We are delighted to receive applications from people with different professional backgrounds and welcome especially motivated cross-comers (m/w/d). You have a good feel for textiles, materials and quality differences and work attentively and carefully. You enjoy active activity and bring the necessary resilience to predominantly standing work. You are characterized by an independent, concentrated and reliable operation and keep an overview even with high material content. Team spirit, mutual appreciation and respectful dealing with others are of course for you. You like to work in an international and multilingual team. Knowledge of German is not necessary for the exercise of the activity.
