Our Department of Finance and Distribution deals with all issues relating to the financing of pension insurance. We create financial projections and report on the financial situation of pension insurance. As an employee*in our department, you will support our databases and prepare invoice results and other financial data for reporting.

They provide data on the financial situation of pension insurance for reporting on: They maintain and maintain our financial databases and continuously develop them. They work with the creation of newsletters and reports and take a position on basic questions They support cross-departmental project and public relations work

You have a successfully completed university education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) or a comparable degree or equivalent qualification (Fachwirtin) or a completed vocational training as an administrative informantin or as a financial economist*in They have very good knowledge of the VBA programming language or a higher programming language. The automation of workflows in Microsoft Office applications is part of their repertoire. They have first professional experience in the care and development of databases. They can ideally demonstrate first professional experience in the field of financial data processing and financial reports.
