You perform national and international service trainings and/or system trainings (e.g., Sparepart Documentation BusDoc, Vehicle Data Cards VeDoc, Sparepart Order SAP) by The technical focus of this site in the field of service training lies in the field of bus technology in general, multimedia, camera and assistance systems, suspension and brake, as well as electrical and high-voltage technology, if necessary. You process and plan your own training enquiries from home and abroad You are responsible for the independent development and creation of training concepts (including for digital learning media, eLearnings, VR/AR applications) as well as their permanent development, taking into account internal methodological and didactic standards and objectives as well as external specifications. You motivate and guide the training participants:inside and monitor their exam results and learning progress You're working on internal and external projects across departments You also fulfill tasks in English You take special topics

DESHALB PASST DU ZU UNS You bring a completed technical training plus a completed further qualification as a technician or master in the field of commercial vehicles with You have several years of experience in commercial vehicle service (repair/workshop area ideally for buses) You already have experiences in the field of training or further education regarding methodology, didactics and learning processes of adults as well as experience in training management and in the handling of electronic learning media You are characterized by a safe appearance before groups, self-responsibility and self-sufficiency as well as joy in dealing with people You have a strong social competence and intercultural skills Ideally, you have a class D driving licence You are flexible (high travel readiness) and have an independent working Finded experiences with MS-Office products complete your profile You have very good, reliable German language skills in word and writing and you have good English skills to perform training in English knowledge of spare part documentation BusDoc, vehicle data cards VeDoc, spare part order SAP desirable
