Project Manager in the Heating Technology Division for Project Management - Berlin (m/f/d)

As a project manager (m/w/d) for innovative heating technology, you control the project implementation and installation of heat pumps within the Vonovia stock. This allows you to support the scaled heat transfer of the Vonovia and make a significant contribution to the conversion to a regenerative heat supply. Planning, management and monitoring of projects in the areas of building modernisation, in particular heating modernization with heat pump solutions, enercubes and district heating connections Creation and monitoring of project budgets, calculations and construction schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time, in the right quality and within the budget You coordinate the preparation of awards as well as the internal and external subcontractors and logistics companies involved in the construction, as well as the smooth communication and coordination of specialist planners and departments carrying out construction meetings and acceptances on site, including traceability of defect elimination and follow-up management Control of operational key figures and regular reporting on project progress Identification and management of project risks to identify and solve potential problems at an early stage

Completed training as master, technician or study in the topic of TGA Multiannual professional experience as project manager:in project management is desirable Very good knowledge of common MS Office programs as well as safe handling in the application systems SAP/RE (SAP/ERP) Knowledge of heating technology and relevant standards and regulations are desirable Excellent communication and problem-solving capability as well as a structured operation Understanding the technical context, number affinity, independent and result-oriented working methods
