Your profile

• Continuing training as a master/master or technician in the field of building technology or a corresponding study
• Experience in project management
• Multiannual professional experience in TGA or customer service
• Good technical understanding in the areas of heating/ventilation/sanitary
• Good knowledge of the relevant regulations DIN and VDI
• Very good German knowledge

Your tasks as project manager HLS

• Self-planning and execution of TGA projects taking into account cost, quality and time requirements
• Leadership of the project team consisting of service technicians and service technicians
• Customer advice and creation and processing of offers
• Responsibility for deficiencies and documentation
• Coordination of procurement negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
