So we make people and businesses ready for tomorrow. As a seminar manager*in (w/m/d), you support our customers in the selection and organization of the appropriate training courses. Yours? As a seminar supervisor, you will participate in the preparation and follow-up of seminars in the field of corporate training. You support the necessary resources when organizing and commissioning. You are responsible for order, resource and cost documentation and check the admission requirements (OBRIS). Customer handling and shipping of documents is one of your tasks. As a seminar manager, you are also responsible for the reception activities (including telephone and post-processing) in the shift from 7:30 to 14:30. You participate in complaint management, quality assurance and evaluation.

The place is to be occupied in part-time (30 hours per week).

Training or professional suitability in the commercial sector e.g. B. as an event man/woman, hotel man/wife or office man/wife First experience in the education industry in seminar and event management First experience in handling customer/customer care IT user knowledge (MS-Office, databases, virtual training technology, etc.), knowledge of German in word and writing High customer and service orientation, quality awareness Safe occurrence in dealing with customers, consulting skills, conversation management, good personal work organization (time management) and organizational assets
