For the clinic group of the DRV Bund we are looking for a Regional Directorin (West Region) Location: By appointment in the region Date of entry: Immediate Application deadline: 24.02.2026 Call number: 17-005-2026 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Remuneration: E15 TV EntgO-DRV Activity The DRV Bund operates 27 reha clinics nationwide at 21 locations with the aim of successfully returning insured persons to work and everyday life. The “Reha Clinical Group” department is responsible for ensuring competitiveness and its further development. As a regional directorin, you will have the overall strategic, economic and organisational responsibility for a regional area with 7 rehabilitation centers in a special trust position. The locations are: Bad Homburg, Bad Nauheim, Bad Driburg, Bad Pyrmont, Bad Salzuflen, Borkum, Utersum on Föhr.

Strategic management and implementation of the regional strategy in line with the overall strategy of the clinic group Responsibility for the West Region after occupancy, revenue, costs and quality Discipline management of the clinic lines as well as the professional management of the commercial directors while respecting the medical and professional independence of the medical directors Strategic development of the product portfolio of reha clinics by analysis of regional needs and positioning of the locations deriving and implementing measures from key figures, forecasts and market analyses Close cooperation with department management, central departments and other regional directors Initiating, implementing and maintaining change processes

You combine strong leadership skills with strategic-political awareness and the highest customer orientation. You combine strategic thinking with implementation strength and clear communication. Their work is structured, independent and solution-oriented. You have a pronounced affinity for modern rehabilitation trends and for new technologies. To do this, use the following: A successfully completed scientific higher education (Master, University Diploma or Magister) in the field of economics Multiannual current leadership experience in healthcare – ideally in a clinic network or a comparable organization Impressed business management competence and current experience in the introduction or further development of economic indicators/KPIs Guide Personality with Hands-on-Mentality The activity requires the willingness to travel regionally.
