As a trainee in the central AI team for marketing and communication, you are immersed in a variety of exciting GenAI projects along the entire customer journey and have the opportunity to actively drive them forward. You make a valuable and sustainable contribution to the digitalization of the department and actively shape cultural change. Agile working methods in a cross-functional team environment provide the ideal basis for successfully advancing the development of GenAI products and use cases. Modern AI and GenAI technologies with interfaces to cross-functional teams from adjacent disciplines

Design space and diverse development possibilities in a highly motivated and international team that is currently under construction

Regular team building measures, e.g. through established Learn & Teach sessions throughout the Data Factory area

Above-average university degree (Master, MBA or PhD) in data science, engineering, marketing (Analytics), business management with IT reference, information technology, business informatics or a comparable degree programme Maximum three years of professional experience (outside the course) At least three months of experience abroad (e.g. by studying, internship or work & travel) Knowledge and experience in the planning and control of complex GenAI projects IT confession to translate business requirements into technical concepts, in particular in the context of GenAI Knowledge in Data Engineering, Data Science and/or Data Analysis & -visualization, or especially in SQL, Python, Databricks, Data Lake(house), Power BI Experience with cloud solutions such as MS Azure, AWS or GCP experience with Agentic AI and AI/GenAI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI etc.) Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends Knowledge or experience in marketing & communication Expressed social sense of responsibility Passion for GenAI, which is used to design innovative brand communication and a high technical and business understanding Motivation to actively shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility Interpersonal and communicative skills combined with excellent analytical skills Team-oriented personality that motivates others to achieve common goals English and German language skills We look forward to your online application.
