Head of Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)

General responsibility for finance and controlling at the German location and leadership as well as further development of a five-member team Management of the financial sector at the Sarajevo site with nearly six employees Stabilisation and consolidation of the financial sector in reporting, accounting and controlling as well as the establishment of resilient forecasting, budget and liquidity planning processes Developing processes of instruments and introducing transparent and efficient reporting and control systems Close cooperation with internal interfaces and external stakeholders such as banks and suppliers and proactive communication Strong involvement in day-to-day operations in reporting and KPI control, the creation of monthly and annual accounts (HGB), budget planning and forecasting, and liquidity management Sparring partners of the management (direct reporting line) in strategic and operational financial issues Set impulses for digitalization in construction (CAD, PLM) Harmonisation of standards and tools between the two sites, identification and use of synergies

Complete study of business management with a focus on finance and controlling or comparable Multiannual management experience in the financial sector of a producing company or relevant activity in the auditing of the production budget Very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB, IFRS, cost accounting and production controlling as well as deep know-how of operating accounting Safe handling of ERP and BI systems as well as experience with digital (AI) tools and their implementation in the financial sector You are a binding leadership with clear communication and high level of implementation and have experience in leadership, motivation, realignment and development of teams You work strategically as well as operatively, hands-on are embossed and at best have experience in construction or construction. the reorganisation of financial processes and structures Experience in international cooperation of advantage, excellent knowledge of German and English as well as occasional readiness to travel
