We are looking for you Your duties • Operational order processing with our ERP systems used • Close cooperation with ELIS subsidiaries, selected textile suppliers, logistics partners and internal teams such as the new customer implementation team and sales • Contact person (m/w/d) for our branches in case of questions about delivery dates, delivery residues and complaints • Participation in supplier discussions and processing of the required data • Creation of supply chain-relevant reports, evaluations and sales forecasts (material availability, delivery performance, quality performance, etc.) • Cross-departmental cooperation and representation of the Supply Chain area in the implementation of new large customers in the existing circular economy • Examination and approval of supplier invoices regarding their accuracy (price and quantity) in the ERP system SAP R/3

Your profile • Completed economic bachelor's degree or a recognized commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, forwarding businessman/wife or comparable) • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, operation or operational purchasing • Experience in handling ERP systems • Versified knowledge in handling MS Office, especially Excel; first experiences with Power BI are advantageous • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing • Analytical skills, structured and independent working methods and a pronounced communication strength • Experience in project management and coordination of cross-departmental projects • Embossed team skills and joy in cooperation within the DE/AT team
