The Clinic for Cardiology, Diabetology and Conservative Intensive Medicine in the Vivantes Auguste-Viktoria-Klinikum has for many years been an excellent supply of hearty patients and combines a wide range of internalistic and cardiological services with state-of-the-art medical technology, high professional expertise and patient-oriented care. The Geriatrie department at the Vivantes Auguste-Viktoria-Klinikum and Vivantes Wenckebach-Klinikum sites stands for a holistic, interdisciplinary improvement of older patients and takes into account the special diagnostic and therapeutic requirements of old age – with the aim of maintaining self-employment, health and quality of life as best possible. In particular, the daily clinic acts as an important link between stationary and outpatient treatment.

General responsibility for the care service of the clinics for cardiology and geriatrics at the sites Tempelhof and Schöneberg incl. Day hospital Personnel management according to PPBV (PPR 2.0) and co-responsibility for personnel development and care organisation Ensuring and further developing the quality of care under technical, legal and economic aspects Initiation and implementation of new treatment and therapy concepts as well as optimization of structures and processes Close cooperation with clinic management and the promotion of transparent communication and information structures

Higher education in nursing management or comparable qualifications as well as training as health care and nursing staff Care specialist Multiannual leadership experience in care with well-founded knowledge of modern nursing and therapeutic concepts Good knowledge in reporting, care controlling as well as good IT skills Embossed economic thinking, organisational skills and a cooperative, motivating guide style High social competence, readiness for innovation and experience in project work and cooperation with multicultural teams Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
