Project Manager Physical Security (m/f/d)

Development and implementation of physical safety concepts Identification and assessment of safety risks and development of appropriate measures Implementation and monitoring of audits and audits to ensure compliance and efficiency Further development of existing safety precautions and operational processes Coordination and control of projects with internal and external partners Ensuring the integration and harmonisation of processes and systems within the group of companies Creation and implementation of training and presentations for relevant stakeholders

Complete studies or technical/handcrafted training (e.g. technicians, masters, specialist for protection and safety) with relevant professional experience in the environment of physical safety Knowledge of object protection, access control, perimeter protection, video technology, safety organisations and ideally experience with protection requirements and hazard analyses. Project management competence Detectable experience in the planning, control and implementation of complex safety projects (e.g. new buildings, site protection, rollouts of safety technology) incl. Budget, appointment and resource responsibility. Ability to steer and coordinate internal departments (Facility Management, IT, Purchasing, Law, Operation) as well as external partners (planners, judges, authorities, security service providers). Regulatory and normative understanding Clear, address-oriented communication at operational and management level as well as safe occurrence to service providers, project partners and executives.
