Project Manager Planning – Building Construction (m/f/d)

Project setup and concept phase: You are responsible for projects from the idea to the realization decision Development of project and usage concepts Analysis of land, stocks and feasibility Control of pre-studies, variant studies and preparation of deadline, budget and target frameworks

Planning and coordination: You coordinate and control the design and approval plan to ensure planning quality and achievement Link between builders, planning department and other interfaces Management and control of internal and external experts

Approval management: You accompany the projects until the building permit control of the building permit process, including coordination with authorities and construction offices Ensure the complete and timely submission of all relevant documents and evidence Early identification and clarification of risks relevant to authorisation

Cost and cost management: You are responsible for costs, appointments and quality in the planning phase Management and optimization of planned risks and opportunities Ensuring implementation-ready planning Implementation of economic analysis

Successfully completed university studies in civil engineering, civil engineering, architecture or equivalent qualification Multiannual professional experience in turnkey construction of large projects Experience in the control, processing or construction of sophisticated new construction projects Excellent knowledge in building and contract law (VOB etc.) High technical and economic understanding Flexibility, high performance and customer orientation Professional and sovereign appearance, persuasive power and enforcement, coupled with strong entrepreneurial thinking and independent working
