As a senior credit analyst (m/w/d), you are responsible for a corporate credit portfolio for our industry competence centre, ranging from family businesses to (inter)national capital market enterprises. Specifically, you evaluate financing structures as well as credit loss risks in the upper middle and/or Large customer segments and finished ratings, complementary industry reports and PEER comparisons. In addition to financing risks in the course of M&A transactions, unless assigned to the structured finance segment, you will analyze and evaluate German and English documents such as business reports, taking into account country-specific accounting and valuation rules. They create, structure and negotiate loan applications or Approvals, check both credit and consortial contracts and meet customer appointments, analyst conferences and investor/earning calls. In addition, you can monitor problems of the IRM list in a timely manner, take care of hospi dances and promote their integration by working closely with students.
