IT-Systemadministrator / Service Owner (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the administration, operation and continuous development of a heterogeneous IT infrastructure. As an IT system administrator and service provider, you have the responsibility for various business applications in cooperation with external partners, internal departments and service providers. You take care of the implementation of user training as well as the creation and maintenance of documentation and training documents. You process IT tickets and take care of user requests in the user-help desk including remote support. You are participants of a rolling readiness.

‘must-have’ You have first professional experience in the administration of Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID. You have experience with Windows-based client and server environments and have basic Linux knowledge. You have practical experience in the network area (DNS, DHCP, firewall, layer 3 switches, vLAN). You have already worked with virtualization solutions such as VMware and Hyper-V. An analytical and structured way of working as well as a high level of readiness and motivation for further development are what you stand for. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (necessary) as well as good knowledge of English. ‘nice-to-have’ You have a completed IT-related training, a study in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. You have experience in operating complex hybrid IT infrastructures. You have knowledge of the handling and development of Atlassian Confluence and Jira. You are owned by Microsoft certification, such as AZ-900, MS-900 or higher.
