This is what the job is about in this position and ensure constructive and reliable cooperation with the co-determining bodies for the targeted representation of employers' interests. You combine legal security, entrepreneurial thinking and respectful dialogue – and create solutions that sustain in the long term. Your tasks: In the case of labour and collective labour law questions, the management advises you at eye level You prepare business agreements and other co-determination-related regulations, negotiate and accompany their implementation in close coordination with the management You will standardise your business and ensure consistent application in the company You accompany labor-related conflicts in a sovereign, solution-oriented and fair manner, thereby bringing your mediatorial skills In the case of HR and corporate projects with labour law, you actively contribute

You have a completed legal degree with a focus on labour law or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year, well-founded experience in collective labour law and in cooperation with employee representatives with You work in partnership and at eye level with different stakeholders and are able to combine different interests structuredly You negotiate safely, think analytically and develop pragmatic, economically viable solutions You appear clearly, sovereignly and value-estimating – even in challenging negotiating situations, such as in the case of a court of work You like to take responsibility and actively shape industrial relations
