Aircraft painter AIRBUS (m/f/d)

As an aircraft painter (d/m/w) at a leading company in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you expect a challenging and varied role that requires precision, teamwork and independent work. In this position, you are responsible for the preparation and painting of aircraft surfaces, the use of protective layers and technical signs. Work in an environment where quality and safety are top priority. This position is to be occupied in the form of an employee transfer and requires the willingness to work in the 3-shift system, including weekend and multi-working.

• Preparatory work for the coating, including tool and material delivery, as well as visualization of building documents.
• painting of aircraft surfaces with varnishes, adhesives, preservative waxes or sealants.
• Application of the synchronous coating method and application of decorative, auxiliary films and technical signs.
• Ensuring compliance with the occupational safety guidelines and effective integration into a large team.
• Self-employed and responsible implementation of different activities at changing jobs.

PREPARATIONS:

For this demanding role, applicants should have basic qualifications and experiences to successfully master this technical challenge. These criteria should be met:

• Complete vocational training as a vehicle painter (d/m/w) or process mechanic (d/m/w) for coating technology.
• At least two years of professional experience in painting or production.
• German knowledge, English knowledge are advantageous.
• willingness to work in the shift system with adaptability to different jobs.
• Ability to apply occupational safety measures in the event of special exposure and hazard characteristics.
