We are anxious to bring our IT strategy to life: from concept and development to efficient implementation. The area is responsible, along with the overarching corporate IT strategy, the global enterprise architecture, our software and platform strategy has integrated the global SAP leadership. In our highly-motivated team, you will join our IT strategy at the front and contribute to the digital transformation of the company. You help shape and implement our strategic Pillars, such as Execute with Tech Innovation. Your curiosity and commitment are in demand to make our IT landscape sustainable and strengthen our leading position in the automotive industry. You support us both in our operational and strategic projects, so that a variety of exciting tasks and responsibilities await you. These are your tasks and challenges: You support us in the further development of our IT strategy: from research into innovative methods, standards and trends to the preparation of strategic content and target images You participate in our OKR (Objectives and Key Results) -based target process – from planning to tooling to final assessment with management You develop concepts that make the impact of our strategy measurable, such as a KPI dashboard or evaluation of employee surveys You will help shape change and communication formats that make our strategy tangible and usable for employees – from dialogue and workshop formats to playful formats and awards You support our international network of multipliers with materials, content and formats that support the strategy in the wide range You prepare content for different target groups up to the top management level and for different channels, for example for our intranet You plan, organize and accompany internal events and workshops – from preparation to implementation to post-processing Last but not least: You get to know many (international) colleagues and build your business network The activity can begin from February 2027.

Current university studies in a relevant field such as business informatics, business management or similar discipline

First practical experience (e.g. internships, student work), ideally in a similar area

Joy in preparing strategies and concepts for different target groups (up to the top management level) and for different communication channels

German and English skills

Safe handling of MS Office, Mural and Jira desirable

Specific background knowledge in the areas of strategy development, OKR control, event management experience and/or change management of advantage

Proactive and structured working, ability to prioritize different tasks and to work joy in a team

Want to develop yourself in a dynamic environment

High own initiative

willingness to design topics independently
