Are you looking for a position where event organization, communication and documentation are closely connected? Then you are right at the Vivantes Klinikum Neukölln and contribute to a structured and smooth operation in the hospital everyday. In radiotherapy we provide around 1,800 patients annually – in close coordination between stationary and outpatient areas. The radiation-therapeutic treatment requires precision, experience and careful planning. The team has many years of experience and works with modern therapy and irradiation methods. The aim is an effective, gentle and patient-oriented treatment. We work interdisciplinary, digital and always close to people.

Professional assistance and appointment management for the chief physician Organisation of speaking hours and processing of telephone requests and communication interface for internal and external contact persons Creation of doctor's letters, findings and documents after dictation, processing of enquiries (including MDK), storage and administration of electronic files and documents as well as documentation in ORBIS, ARIA and X-Concept/X-VIANOVA Creation and maintenance of service plans in SPX and processing of holiday and training requests Application management and support of the interns Quality management system and data processing for annual and quality reports

Completed training as secretary*in, businesswoman / businessman in healthcare Experience in the secretariat, ideally in healthcare routine in dealing with medical terminology willingness to engage in new topics, team spirit and responsible handling of sensitive data Safe, friendly communication style – personal, telephone, digital Structured, independent working and pleasure in organization Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
