Close cooperation with product management and R&E leaders to analyze G&V drivers and cash flow optimizations. Accompanying new product developments (NPI) over the entire life cycle (phase-gate reviews) and tracking of R&E budgets. Creation of monthly performance reports, deviation analyses and margin considerations for the division board. Forecast of product line sales, maintenance of forecast data and participation in business cases for investments or M&A projects. Ensure correct sales realizations according to applicable standards and support for external audits.
Successfully completed studies focusing on finance/controlling or accounting (MBA is a plus). At least 5 years of sound professional practice in finance, ideally in a producing company or a high-tech environment. Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. AX, SAP S/4HANA) and reporting tools (Power BI, OneStream or Hyperion). Negotiating English for communication in the international group environment.
