As (Senior) Expert Talent Acquisition Technologies (m/w/d), you are our first contact person for SAP SuccessFactors, Eightfold.ai and external job markets - and contribute to the optimal functionality and further development of the interfaces. System administration & project management: You are a member of SAP SuccessFactors and Eightfold.ai, and you work in projects. Innovation & Strategy: You identify technological potentials for quality and efficiency enhancement. Reporting & Analysis: You create decision-relevant reports and dashboards and support strategic projects in the Attraction context. Stakeholder Management: You coordinate internal departments and external service providers and ensure smooth interface processes.

Completed study of BWL/Economics or commercial training with HR focus First experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Eightfold.ai as well as high IT affinity Great interest in project management and system-related topics Self-employed, agile working and communication strength Very good German and English knowledge
