As the head of the unit with currently 23 employees in two teams, you control and coordinate demanding new, re- and extension construction measures as well as the technical operation as well as the predictive maintenance planning of our extensive real estate stock in Westfalen-Lippe – from conveyor schools to cultural institutions. The focus of your activity is the strategic and operational responsibility for all the construction measures of the plants of the heating, ventilation, sanitary facilities of our properties.
