This is how we make the energy transition.

You develop and establish a holistic operating process for our platforms and systems. You select suitable tools for monitoring, automation and incident management and introduce them. You define standards, workflows and documentation for operating operations. You ensure system availability, analyse malfunctions and take care of the failure and tracking of failed devices. You implement incident and problem management and coordinate measures for sustainable troubleshooting. You work closely with development, project management and other stakeholders. In the beginning, you are also responsible for operational tasks, such as the takeover of interference and tracking.

You have completed your studies in engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, information technology or comparable vocational training with additional qualification. You have first practical experience in technical operations, in electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable field. You bring knowledge of IT systems, networks or cloud platforms - or are ready to work on these topics. You are interested in actively shaping business processes and tool landscapes and working on new topics such as automation and monitoring. Ideally, you can have knowledge in the field of operation of distribution networks or of remote control technology. You like to work in the team, are strong in communication and actively shape changes. You have fluent German and very good English skills in word and writing.
