Facility Management Employee (m/f/d)

You control our technical building management service providers with regard to costs, dates and qualities You are responsible for the areas of technical and infrastructural building management assigned to you in the preparation of tenders and implementations of the services for the operation of the real estate You develop and control the contract management of the branch e.g. on the subject of supplementary management, customer communication and communication with service providers You collect the data from the technical and infrastructural building management in our CAFM system You contribute to knowledge transfer within the branch You support controlling in the areas of operation and management

You have completed your studies (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) in real estate management, facility management, environmental or economic engineering or a comparable field of expertise. Further requirements: Ideally, you will bring first professional experiences in the real estate /Facility management and a technical understanding with You have gained experience in cooperation and control with external service providers and in dealing with the typical IT systems from facility management You have knowledge of the handling of regulations, such as TestVO/Operation SSV and relevant DIN standards of building management, as well as basic knowledge of public tenders You possess the ability to think analytically and holisticly and to develop innovative concepts You are capable of leading a service car and, in addition, provide reliable German knowledge corresponding at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like acquisition of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
